If you are looking for this after you completed the Revendreth questline and didn't choose them for their covenant - the treasure is actually on the roof of the alcove. As a warrior i was able to Heroic Leap on top. (to be honest i am not sure if it was inside during the campaign questline and i missed it then moved outside for those like me who didn't chose Revendreth as a covenant).

I did not receive the ornate belt buckle from this treasure at first.. then it was sent to my mailbox by the postmaster after I already got a refund for the repair kit. ugh.
