This is one of the bosses that spawns in the Dalaran Underbelly. Xullorax is a Demon that spawns from time to time in the northwest region of the Underbelly map. It is summoned by Jillums Spiraombra in a circle of candles near where she is standing.

When Xullorax is summoned, Jillums yells an announcement that is heard throughout the Underbelly:

I... I did it! I am the greatest warlock that ever lived!

Xullorax stays where it spawns until attacked - otherwise it won't aggro. It has roughly 15.5 million health at baseline, and it's health will scale.

It mostly melee attacks, occasionally casting Frantumazione Borbottante with a knockback and damage in a line straight in front of it.

Note that the item Bacchetta del Mana Selvaggio can be purchased from Dazzik "Marefiero" for 175 Occhio Ciecos and used on this boss.

This wand will increase the health of the boss by 200% and damage dealt by 50%, but will also double the number of Occhio Ciecos it drops (up to 100-180).

Underbelly Bosses

There are a number of different bosses that can spawn in the Underbelly. At peak times, there is not much downtime between one boss or another being up. In some cases bosses (even the same one) can spawn back-to-back.

Importantly, these bosses only spawn when the guards are ON DUTY (i.e. PvP in the Underbelly is NOT allowed, denoted by the Guardie delle Fogne debuff). Hence, if people are constantly paying Raethan to call off the guards (and the Nessuna Guardia debuff is active, then you won't see many of these bosses.

Below is a list of other Dalaran Underbelly bosses that can spawn:

Farabutto Ladruncolo - A rogue-like NPC; about 15.5 million health at baseline, health scales
Scheggia - A large rat - by far the most commonly spawning boss mob. Has about 15.5 million health at baseline, with scaling health. Clearly a reference to Splinter, a character from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Filtratore di Mana - A mana fiend; health scales
Screek - A giant bat; health scales
Segacedi - A large shark that spawns in the waters around the Black Market; health scales. A reference to the Sega CD console add-on, released in 1992/93 (and more specifically, the Sega CD game, Sewer Shark).

Spawns randomly in the Dalaran Underbelly, when the Kirin Tor guards are on duty. Marked with a Star on the mini-map. Just hang around and this one (or one of the other random, similar mobs) will spawn eventually.

Also, if you are farming this mob for the skin (or whatever) and if you are not keen to PvP when the guards are off-duty, go to Raethan when the guards are called away and ask him for a Personal Bodyguard. It costs 5 gold and keeps you completely safe from the attacks from other people. Also, after a short while, you can ask him to bring the guards back for another 50 Sightless Eyes.
