Interesting. I always thought there were wyverns at freewind and not felbats (as freewind post resides in Kalimdor).

I could be wrong however.

They have 17k - 24k hp which in of its self isnt a hell of a lot of health by lvl 80 standard but when you add in the fact you have the elite flight master as well and 3 or 4 bats on you it gets damn near impossible to kill them all without dieing.

Your best bet is to try and fear/nova them all then sheep/hex (it worked for me when i tried it on a gryphon so im assuming all summoned pets by flight masters can be cc'd) a bat and try to live through the flight masters attacks

Thats assuming you don't have town guards on you too! :)

They really 'ought to make this an epic or at least normal flying mount. I'm sure some Forsaken would love to have something that is at least a little demonic for a mount ;)

Just thought I'd note that these have an enormous aggro radius, at least at level 40. Way longer than 40 yards, as i couldn't even see their nameplates. So be careful when doing the Andorhal quests as Alliance.
