I remember the used to be female fel elves alongside the males in throne of Kil'Jaeden but they just up and vanished for no real reason. I'm glad to see that they've returned in some form at least.

Location of these mean, lil' boogers, is Darkmoon Island... used to be my favorite fishing spot, arriving at Faire = Turn Right and head out into the deep, looking at Moonfang "spawn" = Turn Left and head into deep water, look for cave under a sunken ship, very easy to see, my Addons aren't cooperating, so no grid coordinates... Happy Hunting, please post what You find, all I saw was a 'Gold Dragon' around her face... and I died,there seemed to be about 10 of them, Hunters can see from distance with "Humanoid" tracking

The "quiet" little place has been named... it is called "The Cavern of Lament" will try to stay alive long enough to get a screenshot... it is no longer quiet

It drops an item called "Ring of Promises" , which starts a quest that I couldn't start as a lvl90 (probably a lvl 100 WoD Darkmoon Fair quest).
Has a domination spell which is interruptable, and also has a melee ability that hits pretty hard.
It was killed by a group with one tank and 7 dps (no heals, I was tanking it).

Once in the cave you will find there are 10 Erinys', once you kill her (only need one) you pick up the quest "Broken Promises" which you turn int Chester at the DMF and that gets you the toy "Ring of Broken Promises"!

The entry on this page isn't the NPC that players fight down in the cavern, this is actually the model that is applied to players when they use the Anello delle Promesse Infrante and activate the Anello delle Promesse Infrante buff. The flavor text for the buff says, "Faint whispers of vengeance fill your mind."

Behind the roller coaster at the fair there is an outhouse with a tentacle wriggling up inside. Nailed to the side of this outhouse is a framed painting of what looks like a proposal from a human male to an elven female. I can't help but wonder if this is a depiction of Erinys and Chester.

I wonder if this ring could be used to get extra interactions somewhere at the fair, or if wearing it long enough would actually start to produce whispers.
