These mobs are a good source of cloth farming as well as a good way to farm the Frammento Celeste that you need to be able to kill the rare mob that is flying around the vale.

As a Blood DK i am able the grab about 15 of them at a time and just AoE them down.

They have a very fast respawn rate around 3min 30 sec so they are very farmable for just about everything.

Their two abilitys First Astuzia spawns two copies of themselves that have 39.4k hp they nothing to be worried about.

Their second ability Sciame Fatato Puts a DoT on you that does roughly 2k every 3 sec for 12 sec

Compared to most lvl 90 mobs they have relatively low health 236k this make them easy to AoE in groups

EDIT: to see these mobs you need to do the Quest to stop the Elites from spawning from the Cave.

I believe you talk to He Softfoot near the bottom of the hill where they spawn he is stealthed

Must be a phasing issue. These mobs aren't in the zone for me.

Good for farming motes/shards

But you need to do Tempio della Tigre Bianca and Di fronte alla storia to unlock the gate

they are phased and you need to finish

Seems like blizzard patched them out, for me there are just Shao-Tien mobs again...

681 kills and only 1 skyshard, either my luck is bad or its true they did nerf the drop of them.

I'm thinking they've been changed. Killed a couple dozen and found no motes, and the cloth % wasn't nearly what's reported. RNG I know, but still...

30 motes of harmony in an hour, respawn quickly than I can kill them, LOTS of Windwool cloth and got a Legguards of Sleeting Arrows from them.

No Skyshards for me tho =/

I'm not rep capped with black prince, but I'm not gaining any reputation when I kill these guys. Maybe they changed in patch?

As of 5.1 killing them do not earn any rep with the black prince

Note: During one of the sets for the daily quest, the third daily quest hub for Golden Lotus (only able to be seen at honored+ rep), these stonebark tricksters seem to be replaced with mogu's to kill for the daily quests for the Golden Lotus. This can be irritating when farming them for sky shards and motes, but it doesn't happen too often.

Interesting that it does not show this as a drop for them, but I received a Daelo's Final Words trinket from them. Unfortunately as a rogue it dies not help me, but for your information.

I just did the quests listed in pogicrafts comment and I still do not see them. Now I see a bunch of Ashweb Piercers. Did they change something?

After being unable to find these as of patch 5.4.2, I submitted a ticket and this was the response:

So basically many of the Golden Lotus quests and dailies were removed with patch 5.4.2 as many of the quest givers are now officers under Garrosh's employ. As such, many of the quests they used to offer were removed from the game with the recent changes in Pandaria and these Tricksters went along with them.

I do believe these tricksters have been nearly completely removed from the game. I have heard a few reports of them being found in the Jade Forest, but was not able to verify this myself. But it may be worth looking into as a shot in the dark.

I am sorry that I couldnt point you in a clear direction, but I think most of these tricksters went the way of the dinosaurs.

Kinda sad these were removed but thought I'd post this to let everyone else know, hope it helped!
