I have to put this comment in here.

Magregan Deepshadow is near Dig One (Uldaman's Front Entrance). He is walking around holding a very long sword and his Shoulder pads are large.

He is not inside of the INSTANCE. He is OUTSIDE of the instance. He walks the same pattern over and over again.

If you are doing this solo. Kill two of the diggers, and one of the dwarfs that walk around with daggers in hand. That should leave you more than enough space to kill Magregan Deepshadow without nosy MOBs.

Best guess, he's useless to Horde as we can't speak to Hammertoe (for the amulet). But, it's always fun to kill a dorf, right?

I love the lore in wow so even now that i'm 70 i like to go back and do low lvl quest. When i was on this chain i notice the quest said dungeon on it so...i went inside the instance. after a while i notice i couldn't find this dude anywhere so i checked here...yeah lets just say i wasted a good 20min on this quest XD

Found him after about 30 minutes at 52, 63.8 at the entrance to the Sealed Hall. Easy kill, IF you can find this shortstuff.

just for info, he spawns in the sealed room (outside the instance , as described above) and walks out of it to the north common room. he isnt an elite.

if you get unlucky and someone just got him go get a drink and a snack he has a ridiculous spawn timer 20 min or so.

its really easy you just go to dig one and he goes around with he´s sword but you is being attackt from like five other ones.

To find deepshadow, go down to DigOne, just outside the instance.To the left you will see a hall way which will take you to south common hall. You will have to fight your way through 6 stonevault rockchewer's and CaveHunters. Neither are higher then lvl 36. In the back you will have to fight off more That are surrounding DeepShadow. Just becarful not to aggro all of them at once... If DeepShadow isn't there don't worry your in the right spot, He can take up to 35mins to Respawn. Hope this helps.. good luck and have fun...

Why is this mob labelled as being in Violet Hold? He's in the caves that lead to Uldaman.

If, like me and many others, yo have exited the instance after realising he is outside... take the slope out of the entrance area, and when you reach the little junction of paths, turn right (almost as if you are going back on yourself). he spawns pretty much there.

If you're having trouble finding him, try to /target magregan.
If you still cant find him, take a break and come back - it's already been said but it's worth repeating - this guy's respawn timer is ridiculously long.

He actually spawns at exactly 52,64 in the Sealed Room, which is the southernmost (about) room in the complex of tunnels. The respawn rate is at about 8 min. I have verified this by either killing him, accidentally having my pet kill him, and seeing someone else kill him all within 8 min intervals.
