Algel l'Infestatore can be found in The Maw after complete the first stage of the Event: Tormentors of Torghast.
These Tormentors of Torghast have random spawn.
All Tormentors list: Servitori della fredda oscurità.

2 or 3 spawns in a row now, or rather spawns that should have been Algel, were in fact not Algel.
The rotation appeared to "fix" and the next spawn was in line, but this means it keeps skipping Algel.

I'm not alone, each time a good number of people in the LFG raid for tormentors are saying the same thing.

For Servitori della fredda oscurità, it appears sometimes two bosses will spawn at the same time per event. Also, toggling war mode will not give you a different combination of bosses, most likely because there is a specific order to their spawns. Event is every 2 hours on the hour, but the Kel'Thuzad emote is often late. I've also noticed, the event progress bar doesn't always show up.
