Both Reza and Geza can be tamed by hunters, but only after Huntmaster Petrus is killed. Traps work great for keeping one out of the fight so that one can be tamed. I had to tame one and come back for the other myself.

I just now got the book from the Huntmaster, who was by himself. Waited a couple minutes for his pets to spawn and, despite having the book, both Reza and Geza are labeled as not tameable. However, earlier today prior to getting the book, they were labeled tameable, but was obviously not able to tame them as I did not have the book yet. Seems bugged.

Both Reza and Geza are tameable after getting Manuale d'Addestramento dei Gargon from Mastro Cacciatore Petrus. The problem people are running into with Reza and/or Geza being untameable is a mismatch of gargon to Mastro Cacciatore Petrus. So, I assume what is happening is someone comes along kills Mastro Cacciatore Petrus and vanishes(or similar), and leaves the gargons alive. When a new huntmaster respawns he seems to be mismatched with the currently spawned bears and can bug out not allowing you tame. The best advice would be to kill everything and wait for a respawn.

Key points for taming:

-Mastro Cacciatore Petrus has to die before you can tame Reza or Geza. This includes even when either gargon is spawned by themselves. You will have to wait for him to spawn and kill him in front of Reza and Geza
-You need to loot Manuale d'Addestramento dei Gargon from Mastro Cacciatore Petrus and then learn the manual by clicking on it in your inventory.
- Reza and Geza share a health pool(needs confirmation) so you can not kill one hoping to tame the other.
- It's possible to kill Mastro Cacciatore Petrus while trapping Reza or Geza, loot/learn the book, and then tame both gargons. Be mindful of AoE on the non-trapped bear it will break your trap.

After killing Petrus and getting the book i went through 2 cycles of the pets but am still getting the creature not tameable bug /cry
