Was able to use Babbo 1/2/2 to great effect, though probably very RNG dependent. Got a fair number of stuns, making the raptors sway and gave me free jabs. Just use dodge before they Hunting Party, and was able to take them both down to half. Bomb took the rest out, never even put out my Tonk.

I think i do over 10 testrun to beat this guy. So manage to try each combo with my available pet that i had, so manage to do it.

Darkmoon Tonk 1,2,2
Iron Starlette 1,1,1
Scourged Whelpling 1,1,1

Round 1 - Minefield planted by Darkmoon Tonk
Round 2 - Swap to Scourged Whelpling
Round 3 - Call Darkness
Round 4to7 - Shadowflame
Round 8 - (If Bomber HP is below 113HP, use Shadowflame, if not just use Call Darkness) - Enemy Bomber Die
Round 9 - Enemy Beta turn up, Minefield damage Beta (RNG dependent, may miss due to Call Darkness)
if Miss, restart!
Round 10 - Shadowflame until Scourged Whelpling Dead

Bring in Darkmoon Tonk
Round 1 - Minefield planted
Round 2 - Missile
Round 3 - Ion Cannon kill Beta & probably kill you due to Recharging. if still alive, just land missile Enemy Alpha until Darkmoon Tonk die.

Bring in Iron Starlette
Round 1 - Wind-up
Round 2 - Supercharge (You'll probably die but Failsafe activated)
Round 3 - Wind-up Kill

Win!

the above is really RNG based, so i manage to probably win 1 out of 5. 20% chance of it being successful.

I´ve managed to find a strategy for Horu Cloudwatcher that works 100% of all my attempts (Shadowlands Patch 9.0.2):

Just heads up that one of the pets might be a little hard to get, but at least they all have predetermined breeds so need to hunt for that special breed:

1. Tizzone 2, 2, 2. (Earned from defeating Postino Malown in Pet Battle Challenge: Stratholme)
2. Cucciolo di Beccotruce 1, 2, 1. (Can be obtained when the Legion world quest Stormi di Beccotruce! is up in Stormheim)
3. Cucciolo di Squamalume 1, 2, x. (Dropped from BfA Island Expeditions, can be bought on the Auction House)

Start the fight:

Against Bombardiere:

Start with Tizzone
Colpo Possente
Bring in Cucciolo di Beccotruce, Bombardiere swaps out with Beta

Against Beta:

Assalto Predatorio
Pelleferrea
Stormo di Falcosauri!
Stormo di Falcosauri!
Pelleferrea
Assalto Predatorio
Stormo di Falcosauri! and Beta dies, Bombardiere swaps in

Against Bombardiere again:

After trying and failing at the strategies listed here I tried the following:

Scourged Whelpling with Shadowflame, Call Darkness and Plagued Blood
Lil'Bling with Inflation, Extra Plating and Make It Rain
Clockwork Gnome with Metal Fist and Build Turret.

Start with Scourged Whelpling and Plagued Blood, then Call Darkness, fill with Shadowflame. Plagued Blood is key, try to apply so it extends to the next pet. Battle till dead. Then use Lil'Bling, start with Extra Plating then Make It Rain and Inflation. Keep up Make It Rain as much as possible, try to apply so it extends to the next pet. Use Lil'Bling till dead. Finish off with Clockwork Gnome; start with Build Turret and use that on cooldown, fill with Metal Fist.

Yes tried all & got him with

Macabre Marionette 1,1,1 deadmans party & maraca until dead
Sunreaver Micro 2,1,1 call lightning, plate, fel until dead or swap
Lil Bling 2,2,1 make it rain, plate, inflation, swap if you want
