In addition to being able to ride the construct as you can with Flytrap and such, the abilities of this construct are:
Grosso Pugno Blu
Rigurgito Purificante (Can't find the one used by the construct, but it's the same ability, other than a now 15 second cooldown, and damage listed in tooltip. Damage is listed as 1,673 holy damage, but actually does 1,500 per second for 4 seconds.

After creating Unity I found it a bit underwhelming to be honest... All 3 skills are uselless cause they deal too little damage and the healing one doesn't actually heal you, only the construct. It serves as a mount, but it doesn't taunt mobs like Iron Phillip does, and while fighting mobs the skills still do little to no damage. So all in all, despite Unity supposedly being a rank 5 construct, the ''ultimate construct'' after all, I haven't found any reason to use it over Iron Phillip in any situation, which is sad, cause I've waited a long time to reach rank 5 on Abomination Stitching and the reward wasn't that great.

One thing I noticed is we will need to probably do world quests with Unity in Maldraxxus for a chance to get transmog. Good news for those hoping they would be on Guillotine's level, it appears that when you arent riding them their purification beam dosent have a CD, as Unity just used it back to back on different mobs. So I suppose it can be on Guillotine's damage level.

If you wondered how to obtain Unity transmogs for Necrolord Convenant, they have a chance to drop after you complete World Quest in Maldraxxus while being accompanied by this construct.

I've been doing every WQ every day for 2 weeks and so far I only got the gloves. Not sure if these are extremely low drop chance or if your limited to X amount per week. I've heard people getting more than 1 abom yard tmog in a week as well but i personally have never gotten more than 1 each week so idk

I can confirm that Duty-Bound transmog pieces can drop when turning in callings.
I completed "A Call to Ardenweald" and got the waist, not from opening the chest, but from turning in the quest.

I finally could get him today.
The spells with riding are as mentioned earlier not very good.

So i did some World-Quests today with my Shamy/Elemental-Spec. Usually Resto..

If you pull large groups and position him right with the current target and the rest of enemies in front of him, Rigurgito Purificante does decent Damage(4x1500 to everyone in it's AE) compared to Ghigliottina which was my WQ-Companion till today.

The spell gets Cast every ?~6-12 seconds?(i did not time it) i think, despite of attacking something or just pulling something while riding.

I think melees will have the most fun with him.

This construct is related to the Duty-Bound transmog set.

To earn pieces of the Duty-Bound transmog set, you first must fully upgrade your Abomination Factory to Rank 5. With your factory at max level, you will be able to obtain the final Abomination Factory construct, the soulfused construct Unità. Unity will join your Factory after you complete the quest Unità delle anime, which requires you to craft a pair of Manette del Benessere (which costs 1750 Animum del Bacino, 30 Carne Malleabile and 5 Pezzi Superiori).

Once Unity is constructed and available to be used, you will have a chance of obtaining pieces of the Duty-Bound transmog set every time you complete a World Quest in Maldraxxus while Unity is accompanying you!

Unlocked the cloth boots today. Note: Make sure you have Unity out for turning in your maldraxxus calling quests. I recieved an item for the big fat purple turnin.

I have yet to get a single piece of gear. And on the more elite quests, he dies before the WQ is finished. He's supposed to be helping plus providing a method of obtaining tmog, instead I have to try to keep an eye on him and babysit him so he doesn't die before the WQ completes-such a stupid design with a terrible drop rate.

If Unity somehow despawns (e.g. after the flight to the Nesting Grounds in Assorbimento Veleno) try using one of the quest items to summon the other constructs (e.g. Richiamo di Accordino) as this should then spawn Unity, as he's your current construct and you can't call other constructs without dismissing him first.
Disclaimer: this usually works, but I've also noticed that it sometimes does actually call the other construct instead, forcing you to return to the Stitchyard to recruit Unity again.

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where Unity interrupts your channeled spells?
It seems to me that whenever Unity cast Big Blue Fists it interrupts my character's channel, Such as Fist of fury, jade lightning and Fleshcraft.
It's such a pain lugging this guy around only have him interrupt one of my core spells every few seconds

The possibility to reward a piece of the Unity set for a WQ is determined at the spawn moment, it is hidden, guaranteed (provided that Unity is active at the moment of completion), and in no way depends on your personal luck or any hidden conditions (like Unity accessories, weather conditions, group questing, frequency of WQ grinding, etc.).
The type of WorldQuest can be anything: normal, pet battle, anima conductor, pvp, etc.
Rewards are not bound to a specific server, and are regionwide (not worldwide however).
The slot is not specific, i.e. if someone got gloves for example, you can get gloves too, but if you already have it, you will get another piece of the set from the ones you don't already have.

I got a "Duty-Bound Wraith's Boots" from pvp WQ in Maldraxxus.(It's my first item from Unity after approx. 1,5 months farming)

Today (30.05.21) I got another piece: "Duty-Bound Wraith's Visage" from leatherworking Q, where you must collect 10 rugged carapace.

Unity doesn't have to be visibly with you when completing world quests, you only need to make sure it is accompanying you. For example while druid completes quest in a flight form without Unity visibly present on the ground, however as long as the player picked it up or didn't return her back to the factory yard, the player can receive the transmog reward from a WQ. So don't worry if it is not appearing, you don't need to wait for it to complete a WQ.

I've been dragging him around for nearly 3 weeks, doing every WQ and calling that pops, and still haven't gotten one of the cosmetics. I'm starting to wonder if mine is bugged, or if there is something else I may have missed. I get that RNG is a thing, but this seems a bit of a stretch.

After multiple weeks of several wq per day in Maldraxxus, I have zero drops for unity set. Unity is out and active when I do quests, and turn them in, and I have done just about everything I can think of for Necrolords. Either I have really bad luck, or there is something I have not done to get even one unity piece to drop. I have also had the same bad luck 3 weeks of doing mirror network with Venthyr. No armor pieces have ever dropped, but a gargon mount did drop from a mirror network chest. If it really is just bad luck, then the drop rate could use a bit of a boost.

After I upgraded everything in Necrolord covenant, I used Unity to complete probably hundreds of WQ and daily callings while SL was an active xpac. Never got a single piece of Unity Necolord tier gear. Not one. So, I thought 1 year later they may have fixed any bugs, or the low drop rate. I have spent the past week doing every daily quest possible with Unity, and doing the daily calling. Not one piece of Unity tier gear has dropped. Its not worth it. Either its bugged, or Blizz set this covenant armor at an absurdly low drop %.
