This NPC can be found inside New Tinkertown outside the dungeon portal of Gnomeregan at 31.39, 71.58. You have to go down the elevator and make the first left that you can.

Dont be fooled by the yellow ? on the map when you get near Gnomer. It looks like it is outside, then it looks like it is off the map once you go inside Gnomeregan. But, this guys is just outside the instance. Once you get close, the ? will move to the appropriate location.

Micro Zoox is located at 31.1, 71.4 , just past Environeer Burt in Gnomregan/New Tinkertown. Head past him as if you were going to the main dungeon entrance. The first '?' on the mini-map is Gnomregan entrance; as you go in another will appear.

You need to do the (level 120) bread crumb quest from Tizzy Gearjolt <A>/Radek Fuselock <H> to open up the normal version, and do the normal to open up the Challenge version that awards the specialized currency, Pristine Gizmo.

Doing the bread crumb quest will open the pet dungeon for all your other 120 toons.

You'll need to complete the normal version before the new Manapoof <A> / Manapoof <H> or the old one in Dalaran (BI) will teleport you there.

This guy is a bit difficult to get to if you're Horde. While there is a portal to get into Gnomeregan in Grom'gol Base Camp, that portal takes you INSIDE the instance and exiting through the instance portal inside takes you back to the camp, not to the Gnomeregan part outside the instance. The only way to get there (If you don't have Manapoof's teleport available) is to fly in, but the level scaled guards will shoot you down.

For you Old Timers. You can no longer get outside the instance by taking the transporter and then running outside the instance.
You must take flightpath to Thorium Point and then fly to Gnomer. You will have to angle your flight to get as much distance down the tunnel. Wait for the elevator and go down. The guards will stop trying to kill you once you get halfway down the elevator. Resist killing the gnome as you exit the elevator. This can bring guards down to you if you are unlucky.
Make a left and head to the dungeon entrance. Micro Zoox will be standing right there.
Also be aware that he will have no option to allow you to enter the dungeon scenario if you did not accept the quest in Zuldazar unless you have already completed the quest, in which case, why are you still reading?

This NPC becomes phased and thus invisible if you try to find it while being in the middle of quest line for Retaggio di Gnomeregan, i.e., on one of the quests described here: G.U.A.I. in vista. Even abandoning the quest does not return you to the "normal" phase. The only way to see this NPC if you ever took one of the mentioned quests, is to finish the whole quest line, and then Micro Zoox becomes visible again.
