This guy was harder than my rogue artifact challenge skin quests, I 1shot those, but I was like 930+ ilvl when I did them. This guy hits like a truck and has a lot of health, but if you have hard CC you can have some decent down time to heal up and wait for CDs. As a pet class/tank this is probably easy like everything is for you. But as a pi-rate rogue this was a challenge. :P

I had warmode on for pvp talents too. Had to like old school vanilla rogue CC this guy and heal up during blind. Just can't use vanish because it resets him. But stun locks, kiting, disarms. I did all the things. Well I didn't use consumables.

My full strat was, without knowing any of his move sets, 'punch him' this seemed to make him attackable but NOT hostile, so I could get an ambush off. Then disarm him because he hits pretty hard. When he did his aoe poison I just cloaked it to push damage instead of move out. When he did one of his casted direct attacks I used my riposte, once that wore off, feint/vial. I was also speced into 'craftable vials' witch are basically health pots, I used that instead of blind to push more damage while I healed, once I ran out of everything else though/got low HP I blinded him, normal vialed, bandaid, waited then vialed again and then waiting just to the last moment to start attacking him again. Repeat everything basically but I had to kite with Pistol Shot for a bit to wait for some of my defensive CDs to come back up. I killed him shortly after my 2nd blind. I was 304.8 equiped, no enchants. Hope this helps.
