Since no one is talking about this NPC. Here we go....

She can be found in five different minor invasions with patch 7.3. I'm specifically talking about the Ice encounter in Krokuun. Invasion point Val.

She has a melee attack that hits for between 600k and 1 million on my 936 DH tank. She swings every 1.3 seconds or pretty close.
She has a ramping buff. It's supposed to stop at three stacks. Currently it is bugged and continues to stack up to 100. At 9 stacks it increases damage done by her fire abilities by 450%. So 50% per stack! The ramping buff can be spell stolen.
She summons fire swirls on the ground called flaming destruction. This also adds a dot for 25k per stack (ramped up by her stacking buff though)! These are unavoidable. I have tried kiting and non stop running... to continuous leaping. Nothing works, it hits you regardless.
She summons waves of flame walls that put a 250k dot that ticks every half second for five seconds per wall that hits you.
Luckily she doesn't reset her health after you die, you will die a lot.
While fighting her, you occasionally get a warning for a freeze and you have to stand near a brazier otherwise you are stunned/frozen in place for 5 seconds.
Standing next to the brazier heals for about 90-92k ever few seconds. Unfortunately it also heals Vezrah, so you cannot fight next to it.

To save some folks the aggravation. The achieve misspells her name! I've probably seen her 5-10 times but left group because I dismissed "vezrah," looking for "vAzrah." sigh. duh.

I've been farming invasion points, all of them, for nearly a month, multiple times a day whenever they reset. Flamecaller Vezrah is the only one I need for the achievement Envision Invasion Eradication but she's never the boss. How many times do I need to do these invasions to get her to actually drop? Yes, I'm making sure I'm doing all the invasion points, but I've killed the same bosses without ever seeing her. Is she incredibly rare or something? Shouldn't I have come across her by now? Am I missing something?
