Look for the mob Stella Darkpaw on Havenswood. She is a worgen mage, neutral until engaged. When she dies a fallen trunk will spawn nearby with Royston P. Crutchley III inside. My guild found her twice tonight in the cluster of buildings along the eastern edge of the island using this method.

Okay so this dude was the last one missing for Una mano amichevole.

This week I finally got Havenswood with Worgen attackers.

Because of LuckyMonkey's comment I had Stella Zampascura in a target macro, was looking for her in Havenswood and restart if she isn't up. I killed her around 10 times. Normal, heroic and Mythic. It did not matter. Royston P. Crutchley III would not spawn after killing her.

Was about to give up and decided to do one last run.

Found Royston P. Crutchley III as a normal NPC laying on the floor waiting for that cure potion nearby on havenswood heroic.

No clue, if he can also spawn after killing Stella Zampascura but I can confirm as of 10.0 dragonflight prepatch he is just a normal island quest visible on your minimap.

No reason to exclusivly hunt Stella or try to get Royston in Havenswood.

Good luck getting Una mano amichevole and to quote Stella Zampascura herself: "Finally... over..."
