NA Realms Back Up - Raid Scaling, Outdoor Mob HP, Performance Issues Fixed
NA servers have already returned from maintenance and we've noticed that the Old Raid Health has been reduced and that the previous performance issues appear to have been fixed, including FPS drops in raids.
Mythic Hellfire Citadel had its health pool reduced by 11% compared to Pre-7.3.5 values.

Blizzard's scheduled maintenance post for the week of January 16th indicates unusually long maintenance. While we haven't received official confirmation that Patch 7.3.5 is the 16th, extended maintenance from the 7am to 3 pm time slot is usually reserved for new patches.
