Dan PingstonMatthew McKeownArtstationA small selection of artwork for the Shadowlands expansion. Animations provided by animation team. Many of the pieces were concepted, modeled, fx and weighted by myself with the exception of Mordretha and the Maldraxxus leather set which was concepted by Matthew McKeown. Big shout out to Kelvin Tan and Dusty Nolting for artistic guidance and mentorship and the whole character team for inspiration.

Overall, I thinking the lack of animation for the character when riding any mount, especially the most unique ones, is something Blizzard should work on. That, and the scaling for character/mount, which is ridiculous sometimes.

I have a similar issue with some off-hand items that just aren't placed right (floating and upside down) on my character (male Forsaken) and just make me want to transmog them to some old stuff instead.

I think the art of mounts and weapons are just amazing this expansion, but these issues when using them in-game with my characters is frustrating, because it looks so great in concept arts and on more "standard" races.Commento di vizuvisFor me thats one of the best leather sets in game .-.Commento di SpherikalThey really need to fix the mounted animation of the Phalynx because it’s distractingly awful right now. Love the design and color scheme though.
