If you get knocked back while you have this learned and use it, you just screwed yourself because you'll blink even further away instead of back to where you want to be.

This modification is very meager and I feel like doesn't apply to melee as much as casters, therefore the "don't forget" should be "you can".
I use it to escape, so moving forward is fine for me.
I as well agree that the title is extremely biased. In fact, I actually expect more people to NOT want it...Edit: The change to "PSA" is a million times better!
I tried it, but found as a caster, mostly using it to escape, or get somewhere quicker. Escaping with this enabled was not as straight forwad and found myself in a more dire position. I have removed it :D
I strafe a lot on both mage and hunter.Blinking towards the direction of motion is only natural.
The title of this article is pretty silly. A lot of people actively would not want this. "Do not forget to pick this up" implies it's a no brainer.
I'm already tracer
If it’s anything like the mage momentum blink, it’s completely broken in Necrotic Wake when on the necropolis for the last two bosses. You teleport in all sorts of random locations. I had to turn it off.
I activated it and i like it, but i dont use it often as a druid... Only when im jumping from a cliff, never used in useful in instances...
I grabbed it the other day and I honestly don't see the benefit? Is it a caster thing? As a feral druid, the movement I make doesn't even allow for an opportunity to use this. Who the hell backpedals?
Equally useless and even counter productive as mage blink alternate option. Amazing how options like this exist to make things worse, but in millions situations where alternate options would actually help - options just don't exist at all.
No thanks, I prefer to know which direction I am going - if that is always forward so be it. I have failed doing this kind of thing with fel rush as a demon hunter - doesn't always work out well. Where i think i'm going left and fel rush goes forward and not left 50% of the time because as i hit the ability i stopped moving left.
People call strafing "keyboard turning" all the time but just tell me how to strafe without using the keyboard at all. I of course use the mouse to move but I use a mouse with the 12 keys on the side and so can cast/attack while strafing. My direction is established with the mouse but you still have to hit Q and E to strafe, which is moving to the right or left while the character is still facing forward. The two keyboard keys are used on occasionally and only in certain situations. That does not make me a "keyboard turner"
