Given that you can pick just ONE item out of vault anyway most people will pick just one row (maybe two) and won't bother with opening other slots which would have lower item level and as such would likely not be picked. After all how many items 10 ilevel lower are better then higher ilevel options -> EP trinkets, something with ideal secondary stats + socket.WHY opening more options when wha will be in those option have almost zero chance to be pickedDon't know what are reasons for Blizz decision, but I'm willing to bet if they employed anyone with common sense on decision making position that they can both reach their goal and at same time make players happier. For long time it looks for me that Blizz put effort to things which make 5% happy 25% content 65% neutral and 5% unhappy when with same or even less effort they could make it 10%/50%/35%/5%To summarize they focus on minority instead of majority of players and it looks like they don't even know what they want as their MAJOR target group.
A good change but still way too much. Remember this is per character.Good luck gearing up an alt when you have to do 10 dungeons a week and raid/pvp to have the chest not being a meme anymore.
This is anything but alt friendly. I guess i won't be around for next xpac.
Give it some time, there'll certainly be "10 boost packages" for some gold.
I don't really see the problem that most people apparently have with this system.Filling out the slots in the vault is completely optional. You won't get more out of it!Nothing changes if you do only one high mythic key each week. Sorry! Actually it does change, because you can either choose the item or a currency! Now how much currency will be rewarded would be interesting! Also does the amount increase by difficulty of content or slots unlocked? Also also how does one buy the equipment with the currency? Is it by rng token like with Titan Residuum or via choice?
