Why couldn't we leave Baine to rot in the Maw?And before someone says it; No, I'm not a Sylvanas fan.
I wonder what exact Jailer's criterion Baine didn't meet. I mean, it probably isn't raw strength or fighting qualities, he's surely no worse or maybe even better at this than Thrall (cause Thrall has partly relied on his shaman powers for a long time, unable to defeat Garrosh with only physical strength. Well, we haven't seen Baine vs Garrosh fight, but at least Cairne was going to defeat him if not for the poison). And yeah, small wonder Jaina managed better than them, since her magic is a huge advantage in comparison. Maybe that is why she received less damage then Thrall, always being able to escape the chains and cages. It's also interesting that no one bothered to give Baine a weapon while Thrall raised such a fuss about it. Maybe we're going to reforge Cairne's spear and give it to him later?
Just like on WoD, why the only hero from a list of the heroes that dies or becomes evil, is Night Elf?By by Tyrande.btw I think Sylvanas will save Anduin, and that is how she will be redeemed.
we'll free him one day. but for now we need to get to the preperations. :)
Why would any Troll or Blood elf want to save Jaina from the Maw? Also, lol at Baine being the most concerned about Anduin. Even the devs know he cares more about Alliance than Horde.
Actually, its the nature of the magic they're using that matters when it comes to strength. Arcane energy can be stored and used by mages, while Thrall and Baine rely on the Earthmother. In the realm of death there's no connection to the elements or the energies they need to be at maximum potential, while Jaina is thriving. It's the same reason you haven't seen Baine or Thrall on the frontlines in Wrath of the Lich King.I believe Anduin's connection to the Light is what made the Jailor interested in him, there's something he wants from that poor kid ( king ).
