Ion Hazzikostas Tweets About Blood Elf / Void Elf Blue Eyes in Shadowlands
Shadowlands

Ion Hazzikostas has tweeted about the decision to add blue eyes as customization options for Blood Elves and Void Elves in Shadowlands. As you may remember, back in April, Ion was
asked about datamined blue eyes in an interview
, replying that they were intended as NPC options. This sparked a month of debate every time we'd datamine more blue eyes, and finally reached a boiling point when blue eyes were
flagged in the data
as player customization options.
While we now know that blue eyes are officially coming due to a
Blizzard post previewing the options
, the question remained as to how Blizzard seemingly did a 180, going from "no" to "yes."
In his tweet, Ion clarified that at the time, these options were only planned for NPCs, but after internal discussions sparked by that interview, they decided to open them up to players. This seems like a good example of how the game is flexible during the Alpha, with changes made due to community feedback.
If you want to try these new eye options out for yourself, check out the Shadowlands Dressing Room, which also has options like hairstyles and body jewelry!

Oh, now they want a battle for Silvermoon. They also want VE Paladins, etc.
They just want Blood Elves copy/pasted to Alliance side and renamed High elves, then have an NPC that says, "Hey there, so glad you Alliance High Elves joined the fight", so that way they know it's the Alliance High Elves and not Horde High Elves/Blood Elves.
Void Elves should never have gotten Blood Elves skin tones. Way to keep faction identity, Blizzard.
U forgot to add a npc that explain for about a hour that the only dif between a blood elf and a high elves is a political stand, outside that they are the same race. Soooo the that 1% of alliance player can stfu. They never happy about anything.
Literally on the VE starting zone u can see blood elf and hight elf joining so this change make senses.

So much nonsense on an option that you dont even see 99% of the time. Fhirst fix the game and the issues that matters... eye colors...plzz...cheap shot from both Blizz and from the players. Add body types selection, height, muscle. Not just RE coloring stuff...i recommend to every one Elder scrolls online its free. Just try it for the character creation. Since blizz can only stole *good* ideas from other games exspecialy nowdays, there is ALOT in ESO. I tryed it cuz of BFA is realy...REALY BAD, exspecialy for a pvp-er (thinking about gearing mainly)... and the amount of player friendlynes in ESO is amaized me. I realy recomend trying it for both PvE and PvP.
Sorry but calling ESO "free" is very disingenuous.
That said, I completely agree that the game needs more customization like body types, height sliders and waist sliders.
