I am so happy to see her here! She brings the right expression for every beloved WoW OC. Truly a great artist among the rp community of Azeroth. Thank you!
I couldn't be more excited to see Cher-Ro featured here! Their colouring style has had me mystified for years. Just look at that play of light and shadow on all these pieces - it's superb. My favourite out of all of these must be the Lightforged Draenei. The musuculature on his face is so well defined, and look at how perfect the individual ridges in the horns look!
Really like all of them, and my favourites are Xavius and, obviously, Wrathion. The latter just covers the whole sanity idea from 8.3 so well (and is actually somewhat therapeutic, if you look at it when tired from all those virus news...). Xavius painting gives that classic folklore/fairy tale vibe, but combined with druids and the Nightmare lore. Wish Xavius had a bigger role in the game, more like Azshara nowadays. Also, the bearded elf in the bottom just begs to be added to the game. And I was once told irl that I look a bit like a faun/satyr, so (sub)conscious love to satyr arts imbues this comment as well :D
The Wrathion piece is just amazing, Also loving the detail on the lightforged's horns! amazing work!
Omg... I love this style so much. Good luck everyone!
My goodness, this Azshara.. Amazing works, all of them, but I literally fell in love with the first one I saw!
Oh my gosh, I commissioned this person before! They did an amazing job on my Sin'dorei paladin. I really enjoy their art, I think the style is gorgeous.
Man, holy moly and Mary mother of Joseph.I don't have enough words to describe how much I like that Varian art and other characters like night elves, they are more realistic but not in the way it feels weird and creepy. Impressive and fricking epic

every character's portrait feels like it has its own custom feel to it instead of being cranked out on an assembly line of 'this character everyone knows, that character everyone knows'. while the armor is recognizable on some pieces, they still have their own feel from the artist, and i respect that.the draenei example in particular given looks haggard and exhausted despite being lightforged - a big deal to me, being full-time on an rp realm and seeing/playing a lightforged that's been through thousands of years of unending battle and isn't fresh-baby-faced as most people play them or expect them to be (as invincible or tireless, since they're imbued or supercharged). the level of depth on that is fantastic. i really resonate with that character.on a technical level the shade and blending is phenomenal, and their hair work knocks it out of the park, adding depth i hardly see from most professionals.if you told me the 'featured image' example was an incoming character in shadowlands, i'd be very inclined to believe you. fantastic work. thank you for the spotlight!
You had me at excellent worgen art! Scrolling through I recognized several of the pictures that friends have shared over the last year or so.. but being a worgen fan at heart, that one stood out. Loved the style of it.
well the facial expressions are great! love the BE rogue and Wrathion
While the detail is amazing, I love how the designs themselves remain very... clean, uncluttered.Kudos for achieving this level of realism and avoiding overdesigning the images!
Very nice shading and lightning :D
I love that regardless of the character or theme, there's always such a high blend of colors being used to contrast and add depth to the subject image.
Cher-ro is by far one of my favorite artists. The amount of detail that goes into her work has always inspired me as a fellow artist.I actually recommended her to my guildmaster some odd years back and now he has multiple pieces from Cher-ro. I can't help but be a bit jealous I guess! Her lifelike style and attention to detail has always been something I've loved.
These are simply stunning. I love how the images are able to capture emotion, from the playful Demon Hunter with the blindfold to the stoic Draenei.
They are all amazing! Lots of TLC went into these renditions of these famous, and regular characters.
I like originality and the details! I love the drawing of the troll, it is very epic
The Nightmare/Xavius one is incredible. Love how much is going on and the story that is being told through the image! Also a big fan of the Queen Azshara one, very good and clean work!
