Starting the QuestlineNazjatarAzerite EssencesOn the PTR, you do not currently need to have the War Campaign completed

Start Battle for Azeroth content with (Battle for Azeroth) L'ora della Resa dei Conti/(Battle for Azeroth) L'ora della Resa dei Conti, which leads to Battle for Lordaeron (skippable for subsequent characters).

Complete the follow-up questline ultimately leading to Una nazione divisa/Reciproca utilità.

Unlock World Quests with Riunire Kul Tiras/Riunire Zandalar on your first character or Riunire Kul Tiras/Riunire Zandalar for subsequent ones. This unlocks Nazjatar and Darkshore.

Go to Nazjatar (L'offensiva del lupo/L'ordine della Capoguerra) and complete its intro until Magni Bronzebeard shows up (after La strada di casa/La strada di casa).

Complete Magni's Intermission up to Ottenere il potere and Un consigliere indesiderato/Il ritorno del Principe Nero, the starting quest for 8.3, will show in your questlog.

Don't expect Blizzard to add any skips to this quest line for a couple very specific reasons.

1) They unlock multiple systems through this long 1-2 hour run
2) New essences are awarded during this quest chain
3) Both of the new faction reps are also unlocked during this series of event.

So for them to add a skip, they would have to bypass a ton of unlocks they built into the chain, and I doubt they thought ahead for that in the new server code for 8.3.
