"Venthyr that have been sent here as punishment are either dead (...)"So, I might not understand something important there and I hope to be corrected. If the Shadowlands are the afterlife, how can you die there? Are you sent to super-death? Please help a fellow lore confused person. Thanks!
Well, souls in WoW are not immortal, they are an energy that can be manipulated, twisted, corrupted and even ultimately completely consumed and destroyed. Fel for instance consumes souls entirely, converting them into more Fel, and the Burning Legion use massive soul engines to power their technology. So to summarize, death in the normal world may lead to the afterlife, but death in the afterlife most likely means annihilation and non-existence.
You wish, "bruh." They said allied races were a BfA thing.
Literally sounds like a ripoff of Ravenloft of D&D lore.
Very hyped about what they can do with Ray Tracing as they said in that article and if they'll even have time to implement it. Really wondering what the performance will be in a game like WoW.
I don't care if they make sense or not, Blizzard can certainly come up with something... I NEED Venthyr as a playable race. We can make it happen. (Look at Vulpera)
