For completing the Hati questline, a new tint is available, Hati's Sacrifice.

A vendor in the Temple of Storms named Regolo now sells fun items that specifically interact with Hati.

The patch notes allude to the Tortollan World Quest Il ciclo della vita, in which you must kill juvenile turtles. However, there is another new Tortollan World Quest, Calligrafia. This WQ is tied to the achievement Calligrafia avanzata.

The new Naga World Quests provide the buff Perla di Mana Instabile

From philupthebucket: Collector Kojo's Shell Game WQ has a level up animation with the matches now instead of the little tinkling noise.

From Ellumina: Azerite Mining world quest had some changes. You can no longer double tap a mining node to get credit twice (the second cast on the node will end with an "Invalid target" error now). Some notes grant a higher completion % to compensate.

The Tortollan Testa di Ponte quest has been sped up. Whereas previously the rate of NPCs spawning during the quest started slow and increased over time, they now spawn at a consistent rate throughout, although the total time to complete the quest has not changed.

World Events

The Darkmoon Faire has several ominous fish head hats which can be fished up in the waters of Darkmoon Island: Testa Mozzata di Scagliacremisi and Testa Mozzata di Pinnazzurra. We wrote about how these fish heads may tie into Old God hints.

The Trial of Style returns on March 20th. There are new ensembles to purchase this season: Set: Vessillo del Vincolaspiriti Quieto, Set: Tenuta Feroce del Vincolasogni Irrequieto, Set: Maglia della Caccia Senza Tempo, Set: Armatura del Sentiero Amaranto.

Noblegarden has new circlets (Orecchie da Coniglio Gialle, Orecchie da Coniglio Marroni, Orecchie da Coniglio Blu) as well as a new toy, Pietra del Ritorno del Vero Gentiluovo.

Midsummer Fire Festival has new bonfires in Kul Tiras and Zandalar, as well as the Pietra del Ritorno del Mangiatore di Fuoco toy.

Brewfest has the Pietra del Ritorno del Festaiolo della Festa della Birra new toy.

Allied Races

While Allied Races are at the forefront of the patch notes, It's worth noting that the Kul Tiran Humans and Zandalari Trolls have some unique things, setting them apart from other Allied Races:
Kul Tiran Humans and Zandalari have unique musical soundtracks, and we wrote about cultural influences in the music.

Kul Tiran Humans and Zandalari have unique dances, unlike the other Allied Races whose dances mimic their original WoW race. Kul Tiran Humans resemble Mr. Thiccman and ballet, while Zandalari Trolls resemble Gwara Gwara.

From Zeitlos: hunter tar trap has a new animation, ground effect, and sound effect.

From Melilithia: purple Warlock summoning animation has been replaced by the newer particle effects, for the Unglyphed minions.

Items

From Muffinus: Spirito di Eche'ro and Redini Profanate can now fly.

Calcacoste Rapido has received a small color update, restoring the orange colored belly previously removed in patch 8.1.

Bestia dei Fiumi da Guerra Malvagia now has a /mountspecial animation.

Performance Improvements

From MysticalOS: Antialiasing is no longer applied to UI windows. This fixed performance issues with Azerite/Transmog etc windows.

From CadenHouse: The in game Twitter character limit was finally increased from 140 to 280 characters.
