Heirloom Upgrade Token Prices Reduced on the 8.1.5 PTR

In the most-recent new build on the PTR (that was deployed yesterday), the prices of the upgrade tokens were adjusted. They should now be:

Commento di Janettiei'd do 1-110 with heirlooms for free when purchased and charge 1,000 Gold for each 111-120 upgrade. purely because of how difficult it is to make gold in BFA when your computer literally can't run Auction House Addons or they simply don't work on your server.
