get @#$%ed, seriously. this could have been so good and at least seemingly customer-friendly e.g. in Lunar Festival with some content, especially considering what a PR #$%^storm blizzard has got. people who (used to) want to play the game and enjoy some content, and from there rewards (inc. cosmetics), get minimal value for their subscription. but screw that right. lets use the actually good design and new stuff for those bucks in shareholders pockets. people, why are you buying and supporting this?
