If you're a hardcore player youll get them very quickly and if youre not youll get them at a reasonable pace too, considering you play less you have less need to have them quickly anyways. You're not supposed to get the higher ilvl stuff very quickly.These are really laughable grinds compared to ones of old

The 415 gear requires 200 Breath of Bwonsamdi. Given 9 bosses in the new raid, that will take 2 full clears on normal and heroic per item (if they drop 10 \/ 1 like in Uldir). That's actually really fast to get an item of this ilvl.
BfA is another xpac where i can safely skip over proffs and it wouldnt make a single difference just like in Legion, WoD etc etc
Hopefully this makes leveling professions a bit easier. Maestro delle arti di Kul Tiras seems so daunting to complete at the moment, because of Expulsom.

Still, Jewelcrafting seems a solid pick due to the ability of crafting bop rings. Rings are generally a total pita to get ahold of, plus these comes with a guaranteed socket.

I simply don't get it?\r\rOfcause they had to update the ilvl to keep it relevant for none raiding people.\rI am saying why would you keep making the epic items BoP and at a high cost when clearly it will take you so much time to farm them at that point the chances are that you alrdy have a 415 ilvl in that slot is pretty high.\r\rSure the rest like pets, toys, rep stuff has to have the same cost.\r\rAlso are you really looking forward to the new warfront and lfr on alts? Rep is now shared and so is the neck upgrade so gearing alts is just as easy as before, now it might take you 10mins instead of a few hours, since you have 2 warfront zone to farm rares in.\r\rIt seems like you are just playing this game cuz you have nothing else to do.\r\rPersonaly I was looking forward to leveling the zandalari trolls and kul tiran humans but thats has again been postponed.
Still trying to figure out what to do with my 2k Sanguicella on my inscriptioner.
I'd love player housing, it would be a nice way to play. I hope we can collect lanterns, bowls of fruit, chairs, etc to decorate with. It would be cool to be able to make your home and garden by collecting items through quests, drops from bosses and by crafting. A cozy Pandaren home with bubbling pot of brew\/soup in the corner, or a leather Tauren tent with hanging dream catchers, a serene Night Elf home with peaceful garden or a Dwarf stone fort with stout pillars and ornate trim. I would enjoy spending time collecting and creating my haven in the world as I don't raid much anymore and I think it would just be something great to be available to players and another avenue of customization\/game play (through collecting and decorating and maybe even a small farm and pet house). I would like it to be relaxing though, and not tied to story or systems.Maybe in the future woodworking will make furniture for homes. And tailors can make curtains and bedsheets. I'd also like professions to have (even if just cosmetic) tools and equipment that we work on while crafting, for instance looms, anvils, jc desks, instead of just twirling our hands a over and over. I think a housing feature (purely optional, not mandatory as stated above) would help provide professions a new and lucrative and fun outlet - creating, trading, crafting, farming to make our perfect comfy homes.:)

Tailors will always have the lucrative bag monopoly, as far as money making goes.\r\rIt's a shame that 3 expansions in a row have attempting to either do something new or "fix" professions but continue to fall on their face. Pets and toys are nice, but they're not important.\r\rI put it down to how restricted gear setups are now. Well, to be honest that really started post TBC with the removal of resistance gear and post Wrath with the removal of tank specific gear. It's all diluted and samey. Sadly that was a change that was useful to many specs in order to aid with the reduction of gear they carried around, but it makes things less creative, which is the bane of all crafting mechanics.\r\rNever understood why the crafted items are BoP, anyone care to enlighten me or do I just chalk this one up as another Blizzard logic...\r\rIt's meant to be a way to reward the profession by giving them something distinctive. Think back to Mists when only Blacksmiths could put sockets into their Bracers and Gloves or how only Engineers can have tinkers on their gear. Honestly, the idea of Blacksmiths having a gear set that only they can have to show off that they are a proficient Blacksmith has been something that has been brought up by the community since Vanilla. People want to be rewarded for their hard work.\r\rFor me, that means a Blacksmith should have a set that helps with Blacksmithing, not to help with combat, as gear production really should be a supply aspect of the game, but that is also something that doesn't get felt when you end up making so few items because it's so easy to get something equal or better in quality.\r\rHowever, then I remember back in TBC when I ran Arcatraz over and over again for the Whitemend Pants item, but it was so elusive that by the time anyone in my guild got it, it was redundant because it would break a tier set in most cases, or because it was so old that anything from a raid, or hell, loot from Magister's Terrace, was so much better. So it's definitely not a new problem, it just seems to affect more profession items since basic raiding became a thing.
They never postphoned the new allied races again, they always said they would be past dazar alor.
