Zappyboi is terrible. He's the 12 year old basement dweller of WoW.
He reminds me of jar jar binks. I dont like him already.
Well, I guess someone has to replace most of Zappy Boi generation that got Blight-ened in front of Uncercity by Sylvanas... After she gave Night Elves warm and bright future... it was lit. :-D

https://youtu.be/jSJr3dXZfcg?t=241You can actually see him right here. He's got the red hair and he doesn't have any shoulder armor on. It doesn't exactly take a genius to realize that the other guy was not him.
I have been won over by the analysis that Taliesin and Evitel provided of the pre-patch. I believe that Blizzard is delving into the realms of tragedy, Greek and Shakespearean. High Overlord Saurfang is most certainly a tragic figure. His dialogue in the fight to open Icecrown's Upper Spire always moved me. Here is a man whose son followed him as a warrior, died in battle and then was raised as a minion of the Lich King to battle his own father, the father that must see him die again. Imagine that if you are a parent and tell me that it would not rend your heart. This old warrior has fought battle after battle for the Horde. Through out he has clung to his honor above all. Yet now he's complicit in dishonorable acts done in the name of that Horde to which he's given his axe, his strength and his life. In this untenable situation Saurfang determines that his only choice is suicide by Alliance. He sheds his armor and prepares to go into battle one final time. Into this dark night of Saurfang's soul comes a young Troll, Zekhan. This young shaman has heard tales of this great hero of the Horde from his father and like a fan suddenly meeting Bruce Springsteen he speaks to his hero. Zekhan draws Saurfang out of his distraction and shows him moments of the old man's former glory. In this encounter gradually Saurfang hears the words he would have wished to hear from his own son, Dranosh, until, by the end, he's found in Zekhan a surrogate son. Not only has he found a surrogate son but Saurfang has found himself. He resolves to battle not for his compromised war chief but rather for The Horde.Let me call to your attention to Act IV, Scene 6 of King Lear, the Dover Cliffs scene. Old Gloucester has been blinded by the order of Goneril and Regan. He's being led by what he thinks is a mad beggar toward the Dover Cliffs. There Gloucester intends to fling himself down to his death. The mad beggar is actually is true son, Edgar, unrecognized by Gloucester. Edgar contrives to allow the old man to simulate his fall from the cliffs and then, changing his voice once again, presents himself as a fisherman on the Dover Shore. Edgar, in his new incarnation, convinces Gloucester that the mad beggar was a demon and that he's been saved miraculously. Gloucester, rescued by the son he'd rejected, believes in this miracle. He's restored to himself much as Zekhan restores Saurfang to himself. Where Saurfang raises his axe and calls out, "For the Horde!" Gloucester rises to some sublime poetry and says,I do remember now: henceforth I'll bearAffliction till it do cry out itself'Enough, enough' and die.Zekhan performs the sublime function of bringing Saurfang back to himself. Zekhan may not be the future war chief of The Horde. He may not even be the future leader of the Darkspear but he is certainly not Jar Jar Binks or worthy of all the nastiness heaped upon him in this thread. He has, even if we never see him again, performed a great service to Saurfang, to the Troll race and to The Horde. Let's honor him for that much and hope to see him grow older, stronger and wiser at Saurfang's side.
Actually I made a troll shaman based off of him. His name was "zondzi" somewhat close to Zehkan. When I first saw that old soldier cinematic, I was like: WOW ITS A TROLL. HOLY #$%^ ITS SAURFANG. cause I've never seen a troll unmasked in a cinematic before it was amazing. And when I took a closer look, Zehkan looked surprised to find Saurfang there. Man, I love this. Prob one of my favorite cinematic so far
