neat :o
Lillian basically works for a World Wide Organization that is basically the CIA for the safety of the world and just says "When you see an opportunity, you take it."?
Dreadlord Allied Race. Calling it now.
Lillian basically works for a World Wide Organization that is basically the CIA for the safety of the world and just says "When you see an opportunity, you take it."?\r\rRight, because an agent of a fantasy spy organisation is gonna just tell you everything.
What you saw here was one of his worst possible incarnations. A waste.\r\rGood to see Blizzard acknowledge they screwed up Garrosh's potential!
The goblin party one is said by Umbric. I know as I saw him say it during the quest that the dialog is used. it's about Gallywix's pleasure palace party. That you crash.
It was here that Gul'dan once traveled between worlds with the aid of the Vision of Time.\r\rErr, what? Didn't Archimonde fling him through the Black Gate?
"Citizens of Bolarus, turn your eyes to the tides and observe!"Today our world's destruction has been averted in defiance of our very makers! G'huun the old god, accident of the titans, has been defeated by our brave comrades in the depths of the titan city of Uldir. G'huun was sent here to corrupt our world! It found a planet whose races had deviated from the titans' blueprints. A planet where not everything had gone according to plan. The void deemed our world ready for corruption. The void, however, does not account for the power of free will. It's up to each of us to prove this is a world worth saving. That our lives... our lives are worth living!"
I've heard this tale before... <Skip the Kul Tiras introductory quests and begin your journey in Boralus.>\rAre you sure you want to skip the Kul Tiras introductory quests?\r\roh thank god
"Will ye go recover the hammer? It's a power unto itself an' could spell disaster fer us if the goblins figure out how tae use it."\r\rIronfoe's stats confirmed unchanged with the balance patch! Jokes aside though, was it actually a lore weapon? I thought it was just a random overpowered epic drop from a vanilla dungeon.
*Spoilers for the end of the expansion.*\r\rWe've all been playing dreadlords the entire time.
Lillian basically works for a World Wide Organization that is basically the CIA for the safety of the world and just says "When you see an opportunity, you take it."?\r\rThink about that quote for a second, then think about what she means by opportunity. \r\rOpportunity for what? Some would say it is just referring to her excuse of helping undead accept their... undeath. But if that is the case, why give a vague response like that? Perhaps she is there for a reason that would be in her best interest to not explain to someone affiliated with the horde.
So,the reason Gul'dan came to our timeline is because he looted Garrosh's Vision of Time. I don't know if this was noted before but, now, its seems they covered a major plot hole.Plus, NPCs playing RPG inside an MMORPG.It was here that Gul'dan once traveled between worlds with the aid of the Vision of Time.Err, what? Didn't Archimonde fling him through the Black Gate? The most plausible explanation is that Gul'dan had the Vision of Time with him when he was flung to the portal, then either used it to reach our timeline or it just happened to alter the destination of the portal.
Ironfoe hammer-thieves!\r\rLIsten here, ladies and gents: Even if we ain't used to gated contet, we'll get Ironfoe back when we get the achievement! I SWEAR THIS!
Garrosh Hellscream... Such a pity how things turned out.In countless potential timelines, he was seen as a great hero to his people. Some called him the Horde's greatest warchief. What you saw here was one of his worst possible incarnations. A waste.I wonder if they're possibly teasing a return of Garrosh from alternate universe... That would be weird...The most plausible explanation is that Gul'dan had the Vision of Time with him when he was flung to the portal, then either used it to reach our timeline or it just happened to alter the destination of the portal.Yeah but it's a "plot hole" that didn't need covering. I mean, we covered extensively that the Nether does weird stuff, including connecting alternate universes from different timelines (which is why the Archimonde and Mannoroth we fight in WoD, are our very own Archimonde and Mannoroth). So why bother? It's a mcguffin explanation, but it's still a logical explanation. WoD is set 35 years in the past? No problem, the portal made by Archimonde transcends time because it goes through the Nether.Simple as that. Or they could go "The barrier of time and space has been weakened between Draenor and Azeroth, so now space portals also affect time". Which would also explain how mages can makes portals to\/from Draenor (and don't tell me that mage portals aren't canon, because there are portals in Ash'ran that teleport you to Azeroth)But this? "Oh yeah that cinematic where you see Gul'dan being teleported\/punished by Archimonde, and then the other one the second after where he appears in the Vault of Wardens? ...... Yeah forget about that"
Did Gallywix just reference Link's TV quote?
Why do I feel like WoW takes place in one of the WORST timelines? \r\rThey mention another timeline in the novel of Thrall, where he died as an infant and the orcs stayed in camps, Taretha survives, Kel'thuzad never created the plague nor Arthas never became the Lich King, the Third War didn't happen and apparently Deathwing never resurfaced.
The lines listed as being possibly "between Gallywix and Blood Prince Dreven" are actually between Gallywix and Nathanos Blightcaller as part of the Horde war quests to establish a foothold in Drustvar (as part of the intro quests).
