I miss the legendary weapons, personally. They were a lot more rewarding than an offset item that anyone could get. A bit unfair to those who cannot use the weapon, perhaps, but it makes it feel special.
Healing has always been my favorite! Hope it stays that way throughout WoD
Nice !
As a Windwalker Monk, I thought I was going to have some serious issues with WoD.So far since the patch, I absolutely love it!While I remain not a fan or Grapple's removal, combat still flows smoothly.
Finally getting rid of that time consuming reforging.
RET Paladin would be in the middle dps range in raids, seems our glory days had passed
As a veteran healer like myself, i'm really looking forward these changes to gameplay. I don't know if they will be able to keep that idea of not having the healing a little too frenetic when we'll reach the very end of the expansion.Right now after the item squish as a druid healer in Mythic gear i can still crit for 60k without major buffs out of an average of 70 to 80k max health of the target (tanks excluded), which would force them in the Mythic environment to still make abilities damage the player constantly for more than 70% of their max hp. I really hope they will be able to balance it out throughout the expansion to keep these changes active! :)
A few classes seem less button-bloated, but overall I don't notice much change. I still miss my fire mage being relevant - maybe at 100?
They are taking the game to a new level and that's pretty good. On the beggining i was worried about the "nerfs" to my class but from what i saw they had done similiar things to other classes as well.
I was and am a devoted fan of my fury warrior... though the ability prunning makes sense, the rotation does feel dumbed down. For another classes I'm happy about it, but I miss the depth of my fury. I hope that split-second decision making necessity comes back into the game
No idea how they think warlocks look fine at 100.....I'm still so worried about that come WOD. Why haven't you looked at the feedback blizzard! ugh
Why has no one asked about eyes of the beast, yet?
Thanks for pulling this all together in one place, it was really hard bouncing around on the streams to know when some info on Warlords was being discussed. This saved me a ton of time, all the best info in one place. Also I felt like the Developers were much more open about discussing the areas where they made mistakes during MOP, gives me a lot of confidence that they will put those learnings in place during Warlords, can't wait till Wed Night!
I really like a lot of the changes that have been made. The reduction of unnecessary spells is going to take some getting used to, but was definitely needed. Picked up my hunter after many months of neglect. The class is so much fun again, feels like old WoW. I really feel like WoD is going to be amazing.
I am sad that they removed my mana gem as a mage. That was one of the abilties that I felt like was a defining aspect of the mage being able to store away mana for later use. Oh well most of the changes from the pruning have mad the game more accessible.
I am not convinced healing is fixed yet. It seems to me they tried to "fix" healing in Cata, and again in MoP and we still ended up in the same situation.
well not much new as expected I suppose...I still kind of feel a bit lost with so few abilities these days but I suppose I might get used to it
