The NDA is still in effect and has not changed in any way. We have already clarified this here:

Unless we clearly state otherwise, please continue to assume the NDA is in place and in full effect.

I mean people who complain that WoW sucks do it with live content, they will do the same for beta. There's nothing to lose showing Alpha information. If Blizzard actually had some unique product they were worried about people copying I could understand, but everyone who tries to copy WoW sucks at it, and I really doubt anyone is going to take down a snowball this big. It's a huge waste of money on Blizzard's part to go around policing this crap. If you don't want leaks, keep it within the company. In this particular case, the intellectual property of Blizzard was displayed without their prior knowledge or consent, and they would have every right to block that information from being published. Regardless of how the information was obtained doesn't change the fact that Blizzard owns the rights to the material, as well as the right to decide who, how, when, and where the information may be shared.
