Sounds pretty cool for certain fights that you may be ready for in heroic but when you're not ready for others before it.
This is great for progression guilds.
Let's imagine a situation:10 players go to IC and kill the first boss. Then the RL changes the difficulty and invite 15 more players. If he want to change the difficulty back to 10-man, does it means that 15 players will be kicked from the raid? And if it does, the RL choose the players or is a random kick? Or it will kick only the 15 that entered after the first boss?A little confusing imo.
Although I like the whole choosing from boss to boss as opposed to having one normal and one heroic version I don't understand why they moved away from the Ulduar hard modes...From a lore-point of view the heroic system is quite rubbish and yes I know alot of game-mechanics especially the ones concerning raids are not compatible with lore but all the same I think that when possible you should try looking for a solution that can actually be explained with lore (and yes I'm a lore-freak and proud of it).
