Ve'nari Vendor Reputation Unlocks Now Account Wide - Buy Sockets with Stygia on Alts

After this weekly reset, it looks like Ve'nari reputation unlocks are now account wide. Players are now able to buy socket and conduit upgrades on alts that have not reached the required reputation with Ve'nari!
Thanks to Ritzia-Zul'jin and Dratnos for letting us know about this!
It looks like Blizzard made a change to Ve'nari today, allowing players to buy all of Ve'nari's items on alts without needing the needed reputation. This includes both socket and conduit upgrades!
This change makes
Stigia
from the Great Vault way more relevant on alts now, as it can actually be used without rep grinding.

The ability to purchase items from Ve'nari is now unlocked for all characters on your account based on the character with the highest reputation. To gain access to purchasing the items across all characters on your account, you must log into the character with the highest Ve’nari reputation.
