Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and be unable to benefit from Bloodlust, Heroism or Time Warp again for 10 min. (10 Sec Cooldown)

I'm not getting my hopes up too high, as this item was previously datamined in Legion and disappeared, hinting it was used as a way to test hiding data...but it's flattering either way to have a real battle pet or be used for testing new types of data!
