Suggested Quality of Life Improvements for 9.1.5 - Alt Gearing with Mythic+ and Archivist's Codex

With Patch 9.1.5 PTR starting last week, now is the perfect time to suggest some quality of life changes that Blizzard can add in the new patch: account-wide Mythic+ rating requirements and Archivist's Codex unlocks. In case you missed it, Blizzard is looking for feedback in what changes can be done to the game to improve Shadowlands systems.
Account-Wide Mythic+ Rating Requirements
One easy change that can be done to make gearing easier on alts would be to make the rating unlocks account-wide instead of per character. Weirdly enough, this unlock was actually account-wide with Shadowlands Season 1, since

was account-wide, but was made character-specific for Season Two, as it requires personal M+ rating instead.
Specially with the changes for Season 2, this effectively requires every alt to complete all Shadowlands dungeons twice at +15 to be able to fully upgrade items.
Account-Wide Archivist's Codex Unlock and Upgrades
Another good way to gear alts that was added in Patch 9.1 are the pieces of gear from Archivist's Codex. The pieces from Korthia represent a good way to gear as rares in Korthia and in The Maw have a chance to drop specific pieces of upgradable equipment and players can spend

to buy or loot

to send them to alts to create a random piece of gear.
For alts, a major improvement would be to allow players to skip the introduction questline to Archivist's Codex, which gates the redemption of Korthian Relics, required to upgrade Korthian equipment. Besides the introduction questline, normally you can only upgrade these items to rank 4/6, with rank 5 and 6 being unlocked by reaching Tier 6 (Exalted) with Archivist's Codex and Renown 61 and 75 respectively. Having this second unlock account-wide would help alts immensely, as grinding Tier 6 with Archivist's Codex is a monumental task.
