Another PTR build has hit the servers. There aren't many class and spell changes, but this build contains a change to many old potions, including Skystep Potions, which have had their level caps lowered from Level 50 to 49, making them immediately unusable once the Pre-Patch hits.
As this is a PTR build and not a Beta build, it's very very likely missing many spell and class changes for this week. But make sure to use your Skystep potions before the Pre-Patch hits!
