Blizzard has posted hotfixes for February 11th, 2021 which includes a fix for players who attempted to change Covenants to Necrolords, and a bug fix for Mythic Stone Legion Generals.

Characters who switched to the Necrolord covenant and became stuck in progression should now be able to proceed once again.

Stone Legion Generals
Fixed an issue where Heart Rend was not targeting the correct amount of players in 10 to 30-member raid sizes on Normal and Heroic difficulties.
General Grashaal will no longer cast Seismic Upheaval as his first spell in the final phase of Mythic difficulty.
