The Raider.IO Discord Alerts have announced that this week's Mythic+ affixes are Tyrannical, Bolstering, Storming and Prideful! This will be the first time that players will get to play the new Storming affix on live servers, which will be more difficult for melee players. Mythic+ will also scale to Item Level 210 from the end-of-dungeon chest this week with these affixes.

Tirannia
,
Rinforzo
,
Tempesta
and
Orgoglio

What is Storming?
The
Tempesta
Affix is very similar to Volcanic in that they're both environment mechanics. Random Tornadoes will spawn around enemy creatures while in combat.
The initial starting location will be indicated by a grey swirly on the floor.
It will then revolve around in a spiral for about 10 seconds before disappearing.
Getting hit by a Tornado will cause you to take damage and be knocked back a small distance.
Multiple Tornadoes can be active at the same time.
Compared to Volcanic which only targets players at range, this will affect melee specs the most since it spawns around enemy creatures. However, ranged will be affected and need to be aware of Storming if they need to move into melee like for
Domina Lamatossica
.
The maximum number of tornadoes will scale with the number of mobs present in the pull but even one or two tornadoes can cause significant disruptions, especially combined with other mechanics that you need to dodge. You can see the affix in action below.

Updated Affix Rotation Speculation

We predicted
last week
that Blizzard didn't like the
Tirannia
and
Atrocità
combination, as they previously shuffled the affix rotation to remove one of these combinations. We've updated our speculated affix rotation based on this information:
The current affixes of
Rinforzo
and
Tempesta
were Week 3 on the Beta and are now Week 2 on live servers.
Thus, we are predicting that
Perfidia
and
Atrocità
that were Week 2 on the Beta will now be Week 3.
We currently don't foresee any other changes to the rest of the Affix rotation, but Blizzard could change the affix rotation at any time for any reason.

Week 2 Mythic+ Item Level Table
Mythic+ End-of-Dungeon Loot is now capped at Item Level 210 at a Mythic +15, 3 Item levels below Heroic Castle Nathria. It's important to note that the End-of-Dungeon reward from a +10 has now increased to 207 and doesn't increase further until +15.
