We've datamined some potential arm jewelry customization options for Blood Elves in Shadowlands. These are not all available in the Dressing Room yet, and we've already seen scrapped
body jewelry
so we're unsure if these are confirmed options.
It seems that Blizzard is adding tattoos and body paint to many races, and as that doesn't quite fit the Blood Elf aesthetic, they're trying to give them various body jewelry options instead for a similar effect.
