Players Who Completed Torghast Earlier This Week Now Missing 20 Soul Cinders

Yesterday, Blizzard hotfixed Torghast to allow Soul Cinders to start being obtainable at Layer 8. However, in doing so, players who completed Torghast Layer 10 earlier in the week are now missing 20 Soul Cinders compared to players who completed Torghast Layer 10 after the hotfix.
Blizzard Update
Blizzard has reached out to us to clarify that this change should've been applied only after the reset and extra Soul Cinders should be reverted so nobody is missing any.
The change should have been applied with resets, we've reverted it for now and will be making the change next week.

yesterday's hotfix notes
, Blizzard allowed players to start obtaining

at Layer 8. In doing so, they also changed how many

, players get from completing each Layer, except for Rank 12.

Soul Cinders can now be acquired starting at Torghast Layer 8 (was Layer 9). The total amount of Soul Cinders earned at Layer 12 will remain the same.
Because this change was done mid-week, depending on when you completed your Torghast this week, you may be missing 20

The new Soul Cinders chart means that players can be 20

ahead of schedule.
If you did Layer 10 earlier in the week, you would have received 110

The rest of the chart will be unaffected by the hotfix and will not change the amount of
