Comando Disciplinare in today's hotfix addresses the way it was triggered, most likely due to complaints that Void Elf Mage's
Abbraccio Entropico would unintentionally trigger the buff, throwing off the precise timing necessary to maximize the output of the legendary power.

Fulminatore Endotermico could also be used to proc the Arcane and Frost triggers, circumventing the need to actually cast
Mago abilities, leading to this small change.
Overall, this results in a significant improvement for Void Elves, without changing the performance of the legendary for anyone else, although those who race changed away from the allied race because of this bug may be understandably upset.
