Patch 8.2.5 Wrathion Quest Requires Azshara Kill and War Campaign Completion

Patch 8.2.5 introduces a new Wrathion-related questline, but there are some requirements to complete first.
Blizzard
You need to finish the War Campaign and have complete the Circle of Stars quest (this requires you to defeat Za’qul and Azshara) to access this.
You will need to defeat Za'qul
Queen Azshara
on any difficulty, including LFR, as well as complete the War Campaign including the
exciting finale
released today.
Several improvements have been made to the War Campaign quests for players catching up:
All reputation requirements have been removed from War Campaign quests.
Players are no longer required to level a Nazjatar companion to level 3 to access the War Campaign quest “Stay of Execution.”
