Patch 8.1 Nightsaber Mount Model

With the flurry of initial datamining for Patch 8.1 dying down, we are starting up our spotlight series on mount models. Up today are new high-definition Nightsaber Mount models!
We do not know the source for this mount model yet, or if it is only used by NPCs, but these models will not take the place of those on existing mounts such as
Redini della Fiera della Notte Striata
. This mount was added with many other
models themed after Night Elves
, which could be visible in the Darkshore Warfront. Or, similar to how
Arathi Highland rares
drops horse mounts, perhaps outdoor content from the Darkshore Warfront could drop a mount.
So far there are NPCs in Patch 8.1 using the new models such as
Fiera della Notte Addestrata
.
