Only Max Level Characters Can Use the Black Market Auction House in Shadowlands

Starting with the Shadowlands Pre-Expansion Patch, only max level characters will be able to use the Black Market Auction House. This is a direct hit against characters using communities to move gold to other realms to use their BMAH.
Along with this change, the following items have also been added to the pool of available items:
Enchantments
Illusione: Incubo
Illusione: Cronos
Mounts
Abitante delle Profondità
Nucleo Vivente di Vilfiamma
Nucleo Diabolico di Fuoco Infernale
Verme dell'Abisso
Tappeto Volante di Faglia
