There is a new way to skip the introductory quests from Warlords of Draenor in the Shadowlands pre-patch. Prior to the Shadowlands pre-patch, players could use

as a skip to portal between Timeless Isle and Gorgrond. However, with the addition of Chromie Time, this portal now requires level 30, too high-level for fresh level 10s starting Chromie Time.

The way to skip the WoD introductory quests as a level 10 in Shadowlands is:
Select the WoD Timewalking Campaign from Chromie
Discard
