Based on datamining, it looks like recruits that complete Exile's Reach while part of the Recruit a Friend program will receive a 30 slot bag.
We datamined the new bag
Zaino Super Spazioso
as well as the achievement
Borsa RAF dell'Isola dell'Esilio
with the description "Complete the Exile's Reach introductory experience while a recruit of the Recruit-A-Friend program."
This appears to be just for the recruit,
not
the veteran player participating in RAF.
