Necrotic and Inspiring Mythic+ Affixes Currently Missing from Dragonflight Season 1

In today's Dragonflight Beta build, the affixes for Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 1 were added and two affixes seem to be missing: Necrotic and Inspiring!
Mythic+ Season Identifier
In the database, the 8 Dragonflight dungeons of Mythic+ Season 1 are listed in the database under DisplaySeasonID 19 in last week's build. In addition, the affixes
Tirannia
and
Potenziamento
were added to the Season ID.
Necrotic and Inspiring Missing
In today's Dragonflight build, it looks like the remaining affixes were added to the Season as seen below, except for two: Necrotic and Inspiring! Could this mean that they're being removed? It would be quite a coincidence that two of the most problematic affixes are not added at the same time as the others.
