Mythic+ Dungeon Hotfixes - Nerfs to Creatures Which Now Scale with Keystone Level

Some new hotfixes have hit live servers which nerfs creatures which now scale with keystone level in Patch 9.2.5, making them much more difficult than intended.
Introduction
With Patch 9.2.5, certain boss creatures now scale with Keystone level when they haven't for all of Shadowlands. This made
these bosses
much harder after the Patch and its unclear whether its intended of not as Blizzard did not document this change.
Now, some hotfixes have been pushed to live servers which nerfs the base damage of these effects, but looks like they still scale with Keystone level.
Please note that we are unable to datamine health nerfs, and it's possible that health changes on Zo'phex or Mordretha have been changed to compensate for it scaling with Keystone level. If you know if this is true, let us know!

The changes are now summarized as follows:
