With the release of Patch 9.1.5, more Soulshape forms have been added for them to farm! We have compiled all the currently discovered Soulshapes that can be farmed in this post, as well as the new Crittershapes.
Crittershapes are a new addition to Patch 9.1.5 - They are smaller Soulshape forms that are activated when the
Animorfosi
ability is used in a rest area.
Chufa
by the Heart of the Forest handles your Crittershapes, having options to swap forms or even deactivate the Crittershape effect.

Anima di Alpaca
The Alpaca soul has a chance to drop from any Shadowlands World Bosses.
Anima di Aquila
The Eagle soul can be purchased from

Anima di Caprone
The Goat Soul has a chance to drop from calling boxes. Confirmed drops as of the time of the post include the Wild Hunt and Court of Harvester boxes, so this is likely a chance from any calling boxes.
Anima di Mammut
The Mammoth Soul has a chance to drop from

, the Paragon cache for the Wild Hunt. It is currently unknown if this can drop from the other Paragon caches as well.

The Shoveltusk Soul has a chance to drop from Random Battlegrounds. This has been confirmed to drop from the Comp Stomp brawl that is currently active this week, so this is a good way to quickly grind this soulshape.
This was one of the Soulshapes added in Patch 9.0.5, but was not obtainable until now.
Discovered Crittershapes
Squirrel Soul
The Squirrel is the default Crittershape form, and you'll learn it automatically after talking to Choofa and learning about Crittershapes.

The Chicken requires you to feed a chicken
Anima Perduta
in Revendreth. This has two steps - First, go to Darkhaven in Revendreth and locate a blue sack of food behind the mini-stables there, at approximately
63.7 61.6
. This sack of food only spawns for 10 minutes around once every hour or so, and looting it will give you
Nutrimento Spettrale
that will expire in 10 minutes.
Once you have the Spectral Feed, go to
63.1 42.7
(for those without TomTom, its in the Endmire, where
Defunta Blanchy
spawns), and the lost chicken will be sitting atop the fallen tree log. Approach the chicken, /chicken to get the chicken to look at you, and give the Spectral Feed to it to receive the Chicken Soul!
Currently, only 3 Night Fae characters can loot the spectral feed before it disappears.

The Cat requires you to rescue a cat
Anima Perduta
in Ardenweald - This NPC can be found atop some of the dream trees (the giant trees that get empowered via the Night Fae Anima Conductor). The Lost Soul NPC has confirmed sightings in Dreamsong Fenn, Glitterfall Basin, Tirna Vaal, Hibernal Hollow and Claw's Edge.
Once you find the NPC (you can't use a /target macro to locate it), simply target it and /soothe the soul, and you'll get the quest item! Once someone claims a Cat Soul, another Lost Soul will spawn atop one of the other trees instantly.
Cat Soul (Well Fed)
A second cat crittershape can be found after you rescue the Slim cat! Once you've obtained the first Cat Crittershape, a cat NPC named
Ma'oh
will appear asleep next to the Queen's Conservatory portal. When you /meow at him, he will signal he's hungry (Ma'oh meows at you hungrily).
Go to Revendreth and loot another
Nutrimento Spettrale
(the same used to feed the Chicken Soul), return to Ma'oh and feed him! This will enable the Well Fed Cat crittershape option with Choofa.
Corgi Soul
The Corgi Soul is a "secret" soulshape with no item attached to it. Once you unlock crittershapes, find
Scintilla
roaming around the Heart of the Forest and simply /pet them! Sparkle will respond with Sparkle barks excitedly at you!, and the Corgi option will become available with Choofa.
Anima di Grillo
The Cricket Soul can be purchased from

The Frog has a chance to be found by fishing anywhere in the Shadowlands. Currently confirmed fishing spots are open waters in Ardenweald the pond where you can obtain the Otter Soul in Bastion.
Anima di Lontra
The Otter soul requires you to play around with an otter in Bastion! The Otter
Anima Perduta
can spawn approximately once every 1-2 hours at
49.8 46.8
, at one of the rivers just below Hero's Rest. Just find the Otter and /hug it for your Otter Soul!
The otter will stay spawned for 5 minutes and any Night Fae characters can hug it.
Anima di Porcospino
The Porcupine Soul has a chance to drop from

The Rat soul is perhaps the hardest of the current crittershapes to obtain. You can purchase the Rat Soul from the
Mercante
Pet Vendor after the first boss in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. Once you clear the area that leads to the NPC, approach him until he whispers you with "Psst. Hey, you. Unassuming visitor. Do you like small creatures?". Once he whispers you that, emote him with /yes or /nod and he will sell you his wares.
The biggest drawback is definitely the price - The Rat Soul costs , 2
Scrigno di Peccavyr
(rarely looted or pickpocketed from mobs in Revendreth) and 2
Scrigno Stigio
(rarely looted from mobs at the Desmotaeron area in the Maw).
Anima di Sauride
The Saurid soul requires you to show some respect to Jani in Maldraxxus! A

can be found in the cave at

(for those without TomTom, its the cave where you do the world quest

). Once you find that trashpile, simply target and /bow to it, and you'll be awarded with the Saurid Soul!

The Saurolisk Hatchling soul has a chance to drop from the final boss in the Adamant Vaults.
Anima di Serpente
The Snake Soul has a chance to drop from calling boxes. Confirmed drops as of the time of the post include the Wild Hunt and Court of Harvester boxes, so this is likely a chance from any calling boxes.
Currently Undiscovered Soulshapes and Crittershapes
Currently there are six soulshapes and one crittershape currently not discovered. For the six remaining Soulshapes, these all seem linked with mobs from past expansions, so a theorized source is that they could drop from Timewalking bosses of their specific events.

could drop from Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking;
Anima di Kodo
could drop from Cataclysm Timewalking;
