Blizzard has released a list with new hotfixes made into the live game, including a fix to Shad'har in Ny'alotha that caused extra damage to raids with

Dungeons and Raids
Ny'alotha, the Waking City
Shad’har the Insatiable
Fixed a bug with
Accumulo Entropico
that could cause it to explode multiple times if multiple players were absorbing the same one on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties.
Quests
Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented players from upgrading their farms at the Sunsong Ranch in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Vulpera player-characters can now accept "A Perfect Costume".
